HOTEL RESERVATIONS (2023):

IIABSC has a room block at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa with a discounted room rate starting at : $224 + tax & $25 resort fee per room/per night (Run of house King/Queens).

*ROOM RATES ARE AVAILABLE ON: Sunday Evening 10/13 and Monday Evening 10/14

DEADLINES/ Room Block Guidelines:  Room Block/Discounted rates expire on September 6, 2024, or when all rooms have been sold. We do expect to sell out! Room availability is not guaranteed. Attendees are prohibited from reserving multiple rooms in one name and will be at risk of being dropped from our room block. Each room reservation is required to have a corresponding event registration.

*PLEASE NOTE: BE SURE TO ADJUST YOUR ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE DATES. Rates are available 3 days  post convention based on availability. If you are booking for nights outside of 11/5-11/7 you may need to call the hotel directly. If selecting dates outside of this date range, the online booking link may indicate that the rooms are sold out when they in fact may not be. 

All reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and a charge of one night’s room, tax and Resort Charge will be posted to the individual Attendee’s credit card on file.

IMPORTANT: 

• Guests are not permitted to hold multiple rooms under the same name. For each guest room reservation, you MUST have a corresponding conference registration with IIABSC or your reservation is subject to being dropped form our block.
• You must be registered for the convention to reserve your hotel room.

• Instructions for reserving your room will be included in your *automatic* registration confirmation email that you will receive after submitting your online registration.
  
• The IIABSC group rate will be offered 3 days after the event based on hotel availability for those who wish to extend their stay.
  
• Suites are not available at a group rate and must be reserved on your own if you are interested in that option.

*Registration Confirmation Emails are system generated so as soon as you register you should receive this confirmation/receipt of purchase. If you do not receive the confirmation email, then your registration has NOT been received by IIABSC. Be sure to include the email address to whom you want the confirmation to go to and you also have the option to send a copy of the receipt to alternate individuals if necessary.*
