***NEW DATES are set - Oct. 24-26, 2018***
The CIC Commercial Multiline Institute has been rescheduled to Oct. 24-26, 2018. It will be held at the same location - Doubletree Resort in Myrtle Beach. All attendees are being notified by email.
If you were previously registered and had a sleeping room in our room block, the hotel will update your reservation and send you a new confirmation number. If you will be unable to attend on the new dates, you need to contact the Doubletree and cancel your room reservations.
If your CIC update was due in September, or if you had previously requested an extension from the National Alliance and were taking this institute as that update, you will automatically be granted an extention to the rescheduled institute.
If these new dates will not work for you, you can receive a full refund. Follow these steps to cancel your registration:
1. Click here to cancel your registration.
2. Click on the Actions button at the top right of the screen.
3. Select Cancel Registration and complete the information requested.
Thank you for your patience during this time. If you have any questions, email Martha Reid at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Things to know:
If new dates don't work for you
If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you will be given a full refund.
If you reserved a hotel room at the Doubletree under the IIABSC room block, you do not need to do anything with your sleeping room reservation. Once new dates are determined, the Doubletree will change the dates on your hotel reservation and notify you of the change. You will not be charged any kind of penalty. You do not need to notify the hotel - they know who you are.
If your CIC update was due by the end of September, you will automatically be given an extension by the National Alliance. Once we determine the new date, if your CIC update is due prior to that new date, you will also automatically be granted an extension.
If your CE compliance date is in September or before the reschedule date, and you still need CE hours, you will need to make arrangements to get those CE hours some other way. The SCDOI will not be giving extensions for CE hours due to this event. If you reside outside of SC and need CE hours, you will need to contact your state regulator for guidance.
Thank you for your support and patience. IIABSC hopes you all stay dry and safe during this unfortunate event.
