Priority for booth assignments given to Palmetto Partners first, then last years exhibitors, and then to new exhibitors. 

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION  Coming Soon...
FIRST, to register for a booth space and provide the primary exhibitors name that will be included with your booth. (Be sure to view the 2020 LIVE TRADESHOW MAP in order to enter your top 3 booth choices in your registration form.

ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE REGISTRATION   Coming Soon...

Use this link SECOND, to register ALL booth personnel (exhibitor attendees) exhibiting with your Company. You will also have the option to add spouses or activities to these registrations. PLEASE NOTE: If the primary exhibitor with the booth needs to register for a spouse pass or an acivity they will need to also be registered here to add those options to their registration. Select "COMP exhibitor with booth" for the primary booth attendee along with any additional items they are registering for. Any system generated messages about duplicate registrations can be disregarded.

EXHIBIT BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

Exhibitors should check the 2020 LIVE TRADESHOW MAP for assigned booth numbers after registering (allow up to 5 business days for assignments to be finalized). Booths will be assigned in the order that they are received, with priority always given to Palmetto Partners first in order by level.  IIABSC will contact you should any adjustments need to be made to payments or if we need alternate booth selections from you.

Mobile viewing:   To view booth layout on your smartphone when it doesn't automatically popup, please tap three-line menu in top left corner and select "Expo" or "Spring Conference Registration" under the Event Maps section.

*The exhibit hall map is drawn as close to scale as possible but it is NOT exact. IIABSC reserves the right to make slight adjustments as needed.

Premium Booth     $1,175 (M)  $1,375 (NM)
DETAILSIncludes general exhibitor sponsor recognition. Measures 10 x 8 and includes one pipe/drape, one 6' or 8' table, and one company rep exhibitor. Select this option online.

Additional Exhibitors:
PLEASE NOTE: One exhibitor comes with the cost of your booth.  Each additional exhibitor is $275*There is no limit on additional exhibitors.

 All Exhibitors Must Register Online.
  • Exhibitors will receive an automatic email confirmation upon completion of registration including hotel reservation information.  If an email is not received, your registration is not complete and a booth will not be assigned to you.


Early Booth Breakdown Policy: 

Exhibit booth Breakdown outside of specified breakdown times is strictly prohibited. Those in violation of this regulation will incur a penalty fine of $750 and will not be permitted to exhibit at future events until the fine has been paid in full. Requests for early breakdown will incur a $500 fee. We expect exhibitors to have at least one Rep present at booth during exhibit hall hours until the end of the event. IIABSC assumes all exhibitors agree to these terms unless special requests or permission is indicated in writing prior to event.
