Speaker: Andrew Mellen, The Most Organized Man in America
                    Approved for 1hr. P&C Credit

CE Description:  Forget multitasking and other gimmicks—there are no shortcuts to good time management. Many people use the excuse of being too “busy” for why they don’t get more important things done. The truth is, you choose what you focus on, even if you believe you have no ability TO choose. Add in working remotely, social distancing, and everything that isn’t normal about the “new normal” of COVID, and it’s clear that staying focused and productive can challenge even the most organized among us. That’s why you need to take on The 7 Deadly Time Thieves™ and change your mindset fast. By addressing interruptions, overcommitting, poor planning, multitasking, email, meetings, and procrastination, you will see remarkable improvements immediately.

2:00- 3:00PM                               CE Session "Intentional Leadership: Engaging Virtual Employees"

Speaker:  Cheryl Koch, CPCU, CIC, ARM, AAI, API, AAM, AIM, AIS, ARP, AINS, ACSR, FIS
                                                                          President/CEO, Agency Management Resource Group
Approved for 1 hr. P&C Credit

Session Description:  Whether you already had a remote workforce or the pandemic persuaded you to create one, you will want to adapt your leadership style to this new normal.  In the past, we may have done a lot of “management by wandering around" and that was very effective.  Clearly, we're not going to be able to use that technique any longer.  With work-from-home (or live-at-work) employees, you will want to change the way you communicate, engage, and interact with them.  You'll also want to consider how to measure and reward performance in this new environment.  This session will help you make the transition to Intentional Leadership.
