There is no onsite registration available, but namebadges will need to be picked up before entrance to exhibit hall and CE cessions. Tuesday is registration located in Upper Level Columbia Ballroom Pre-function area. Wednesday registration is located in Richland Room pre-fuction area on lower level. See your attendee group for times.
EXHIBIT HALL
Exhibit hall is located in Columbia Ballroom AB on the Upper Level. Exhibit hall access is restricted to the hours allotted to your attendee group. See your attendee group for times.

NAME BADGES
Name badges are color-coded so attendees recognize each other’s affiliation. Please welcome our first-time attendees, who have a star on their name badge.

CE SESSION DOOR PRIZES
Door prizes are for agency attendees only. Green tickets are in name badge holder. Tear off a ticket and drop in the doorprize box as you enter the meeting room. Drawings will be held at the end of each session. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
EXHIBITOR PRIZES
Many exhibitors will give out their own prizes during Tuesday’s exhibit hall hours. Winners will be posted on the board in the exhibit hall by 10:30 am for the morning group and 12:30 pm for the afternoon group. See vendors to claim prizes.
AGENT PASSPORT DRAWING
The Agent’s Passport Drawing prize is $250 cash. Agents must visit vendors and complete drawing form as instructed. Drawing forms are available at the onsite check-in desk where you pick up your namebadge. Place the completed form in the Agent’s Drawing box located at the front of the exhibit hall by 10:30 am for the morning group and 12:30 pm for the afternoon group. The winner will be announced during your group’s exhibit hall hours. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!!
AGENT EXHIBIT HALL DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS

CONFERENCE EVALUATION SURVEY
All who complete our online conference evaluation survey with their name and contact info will be entered in a drawing for a free registration to next year’s event.
