Getting started WITH CATALYIT


Step one: activate your account. 

Request Basic Access directly from our partner page, catalyit.com/southcarolina. Be sure to indicate that you are a Big I association member.  


Step two: Catalyit Success JourneyTM & FREE tech assessment. 

Access the Catalyit Success Journey under “Tools” to assess your starting point to better leveraging technology as well as where you need to be headed. There are four points: Baseline, Better, Best and Beyond. 

Map your journey by completing the Agency Tech Assessment. Answer the assessment questions, which ask things like what applications you’re using to manage your data, send emails, communicate with your clients and prospects, accept payments, track license renewals, quote policies, host your website, and more. Upon completion a custom roadmap to betterment in agency technology will be crafted and emailed to you. Full-access subscribers also have the option of a 30-minute call to ask any questions you have from your findings.


Step three: access/download free guides. 

Not sure which AMS to choose? Don’t have time to research and compare five different quoting platforms? Catalyit has done the work for you. Their guides help you compare solutions in minutes, and include reviews by peers and experts. Basic subscription gives you a partial preview of product guides. 


Step four: participate in a live session. 

Have a burning agency tech question? Catalyit has live sessions every Tuesday with our tech experts. Basic subscription gives you access to the weekly Demo Lounge, where one of the Catalyit experts demo one of the many products that could be a good addition to your agency’s tech stack. 


Step five:  Tech Stack Survey. 

Have your agency's tech guru take the Tech Stack Survey  (February) and download your copy of the State of Tech report. 


Step six: upgrade to full access.  

Once you have gotten a full preview of the value Catalyit can bring to your agency, IIABSC members can subscribe to full access with an annual savings of more than $300/year.  All Catalyit content is unlocked to subscribers with full, unlimited access to community discussions, product guides, reviews, training, live sessions and all archives for your entire team.
