Marketing Reimbursement Program

Agencies can offset the cost of marketing expenses with this annual program

2024 MRP Updates 

Reimbursements are made at 50 percent of cost with a maximum reimbursement amount of $1,000 per agency for 2024 expenses. Funds are available to all members – even if your agency has used the program in the past.  You can view and download updated guidelines, but the application must be submitted online.

The new TechCompare platform was introduced last year, but Trusted Choice has added an incentive to encourage collaboration with multiple vendors and maximize marketing potential. Member agencies can now only receive a maximum reimbursement of $500 for services from one vendor. However, agencies still have access to $1,000 in total when they use and submit multiple vendors. Also, vendor reimbursement funds are only available to new customers. Renewals will not be eligible.

In order to support your agency's branding efforts, Trusted Choice reimburses some of your associated costs each year. Applications must be submitted using their online form.

All MRP funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Agencies with multiple locations may submit separate online MRP applications for each location.
