The Palmetto Partners program was created for those who support our association on an ongoing basis. Becoming a member of our company partners program guarantees a high-profile, year-long exposure to our agency members and includes corporate associate membership. There are six levels of participation.

PARTNER COMMITMENT & PAYMENT POLICIES:

1. A COMPLETED PLEDGE FORM COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED ANNUALLY FROM EVERY COMPANY IN ORDER TO JOIN OUR RENEW AS A PARTNER IN OUR PARTNER PROGRAM. 
   
   
2. The completed pledge form serves as a signed agreement and your company's commitment to pay your selected partnership contribution in full to IIABSC.
   
   
3. All payments are due by Jan. 30, 2026. 
   
   
4. Payment can be made by check or EFT. 
   
   
5. Due to print and promotional deadlines as well as timing of events and benefit redemption, it is VERY important that you do not delay and inform IIABSC in writing if your payment will be late to avoid any penalties.
   
   
6. If a company should miss the commitment deadlines, they must receive written approval from IIABSC in order to be accepted into the partner program. Approval of this accommodation will be made on a case-by-case basis as it is dependent upon many factors. If approved, a completed pledge form and full payment via EFT or expedited check will be required. 
   
   
7. By submitting a partnership pledge form, your company is committing to a full calendar year of partnership through December 31 of that same calendar year and the payment policies provided. In the case of cancellation or resignation at any point, partners acknowledge that there will be no refund of partner dues.
   
   Likewise, if a payment is late or has not yet been received at time of resignation, the partner is expected to honor their signed commitment to pay the partnership in full. In cases where promotional collatoral has been created and published or benefits have been issued,  the company may also be subject to paying the retail value of the benefits that have been issued to date which can exceed the total advertised amount for partnership. 
   
   
8. Any requests for policy exceptions should be submitted in writing.
