Introducing our Executive Leadership Graduate Series
Both programs start next month
In response to the overwhelmingly postitive feedback we've received since the launch of our Executive Leadership Program last year, IIABSC is pleased to announce continued training opportunity through our graduate series. New sessions of both our first series and graduate series Executive Leadership programs start next month in Columbia.
We launched our Executive Leadership program last year in order to provide a professional development program that combined leadership training and development with practice in management-related issues. Topics covered include leader responsibilities, planning, how to motivate others and coaching for improvement.
The graduate series takes your management and leadership skills to new heights. Topics covered include the art of delegation and effective meetings, interviewing job candidates and employee performance appraisals, effective communications and managing change.
IIABSC's new Executive Leadership series of members-only classes was designed to help existing principals, managers and young agents (future leadership) practice and further develop those skills.
