Your South Carolina Condominium clients now have a new insurance alternative. Through a partnership with Allstar Underwriters, RLI offers a comprehensive condominium insurance policy, including coverage for hurricane/storm, flood and earthquake perils.​

For nearly two decades, RLI has provided homeowners in hurricane-exposed areas excellent coverage on an admitted basis. Our policies are designed to offer enhanced coverages and tailored to meet the needs of condominium owners while making policy issuance and payments a breeze for our agents.

  • Building (coverage A): up to $250,000
  • Contents (coverage C): up to $200,000
  • Loss of use (coverage D): 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent options
  • Personal liability (coverage E): limits up to $1 million
  • Medical payment (coverage F): limits up to $5,000
  • Flood/Earthquake/Hurricane under one policy
  • Admitted paper
  • Policies can be customized
  • Golden Age Discount for insureds over 55
  • Coverage available for seasonal, secondary, rental properties
  • Wind mitigation credit available
