The Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR) program is designed for all insurance professionals to increase your knowledge of coverages, risks and exposures. Earn the CISR designation by attending five of nine available courses and passing an exam after each one. Participants can focus on a specific area, match their interests or simply diversify their learning.
The Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM) designation is a comprehensive program that focuses on the non-technical aspects of an insurance professional's responsibilities. This designation is designed for all agency staff.
The Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation provides in-depth insurance knowledge and strong customer service focus to give insurance professionals a competitive edge in today's marketplace. The designation is earned by taking three modules(three classes each module) and completing the exams, and an online Ethics course (no exam).

The Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation program provides and in-depth practical approach to education for insurance agents, CSRs and other insurance practitioners. CIC helps designees meet the changing needs of their clients. Participants earn their designation after taking the five institutes and passing an exam after each one.
Brought to you in partnership with IRMI, the MLIS designation program focuses on four complex specialty lines known as management liability that generalists often make big errors in designing programs for clients. To obtain the designation, participants complete five core courses and pass online exams on each. Courses are independent of each other and can be taken in any order.
