The Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR) program is designed for all insurance professionals to increase your knowledge of coverages, risks and exposures. Earn the CISR designation by attending five of nine available courses and passing an exam after each one. Participants can focus on a specific area, match their interests or simply diversify their learning.
The focus of the school is on the day-to-day issues facing CSRs in their quest to become extraordinary. Includes client management, responding to multiple producers, prioritizing work, E&O pitfalls, etc.
New Level Partners is an on-demand online training platform that offers interactive and engaging courses for insurance coverage training for new employees. Packages include basic industry introduction, Commercial/Personal Lines Basics as well as negotiation skills, business communications and client management.

The Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation provides in-depth insurance knowledge and strong customer service focus to give insurance professionals a competitive edge in today's marketplace. The designation is earned by taking three modules(three classes each module) and completing the exams, and an online Ethics course (no exam).
