AIAM

Associate in Insurance Account Management

Most of our designations focus on the importance of understanding the policy coverage offered to clients, but it's just as important for agency employees to know how to properly manage and service their books of business.

Designed for account managers/executives, customer service representatives and office staff, the AIAM designation is a comprehensive program with the end goals of increasing retention levels and decreasing E&O exposures of your agency.

To earn the AIAM designation, candidates attend six days of instruction, followed by a single open-book exam after all classes are taken. There is no time limit for completing the six days of study and classes may be taken in any order.

All AIAM modules are now presented in a live virtual format. See course schedule below.
