IIABSC Spring Conference offers valuable opportunities for insurance professionals to multiply their visibility, increase their knowledge, enhance industry resources, and engage with exhibitors, new contacts and colleagues.
The Young Agents Scholarship Fund was created in 1993 to support educational leadership and networking opportunities for young agent members of IIABSC. Since it’s inception, the Young Agents Committee has raised over $25,000 to provide CIC and CISR scholarships, general education classes and to sponsor SC young agents attending the IIABA National Legislative Conference.
The Big “I" South Carolina has a community project called the GIVE MOVEMENT in support of Trusted Choice community partner, Make-A-Wish of South Carolina. It is inspired & led by our very own SC Young Agents and encourages all SC Independent agents, affiliates, and partners (customers, neighbors, and friends!) across the state to come together for one week (June 1-8) for something much bigger than a business: to give back to an incredibly inspirational and worthy cause.
The Young Agents Conference is a relaxed, annual event focused entirely on Young Agents (age 40 and under). Attendees can earn CE credit during sessions that are geared toward the interests of Young Agents. Company reps can get to know these agents who are the future of our industry. Programs and events are targeted for the entire family.
