Ways to make an agency more valuable. Technology that should be used in your agency. Ways to improve our website.
What topics, sessions, entertainment or other activities would you like to see at future events?
Mentoring and information sharing between generations. Do you really know how your employees feel? Both of these can go under an "Under Cover Boss" theme weekend. The president of Belfor disaster restoration was actually on the National Show "Under Cover Boss". Just food for thought.
How could we improve the annual convention?
Have a small welcome packet for registered spouses. Just giving them a name tag does not make them feel very welcome. A small goody bag with a bottle of water, snack, and itenarary would at least make them feel that they were a part and not just a tag-a-long.
What did you think of the venue? Do you have any venue recommendations?
The venue was great. The only issue was the exhibit hall being a little cramped. I thought it was a great location. All activities were easy and convenient to get to.

To date, everything I have looked for is on the app. It is very well orgainzed and very easy to use.

Make sure to keep the exhibitors happy. I have been to may conferences and IIABSC by far has the best networking with the exhibitors.
