IIABSC member Clarence Ross Turner, Jr. died on Weds., Dec. 25, 2013 surrounded by his family. Born in Fork Shoals, SC, he was a graduate of Clemson University and founder of Clarence Turner Insurance, now the Turner Agency in Greenville.
