Kimberly S Lisenby named Outstanding CSR of the Year
Winning essay to be published in Fall 2015 edition of SC Agent & Broker magazine
Kimberly S. Lisenby, AAI of CB&T Financial Services in Darlington has been named the 2015 Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year. This award is the highest honor in our state for insurance customer service reps who have distinguished themselves through contributions to their industry.
Details of the awards process, along with Lisenby's essay on the connotations of the different terms and job titles used to describe CSR professionals will be published in the Fall 2015 edition of our SC Agent & Broker magazine.
