CSR of the Year
Kimberly S. Lisenby, AAI, of CB&T Financial Services in Darlington, SC, is this year's SC Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year. It is the highest honor in our state for insurance customer service reps who have distinguished themselves through contributions to their industry and profession.

After being nominated, Lisenby was required to write an essay on the various titles (Account Manager, Account Executive, Client Services Advisor) of customer service representatives and whether they indicate any important differences in skills, knowledge and expertise.
