May 28 – Agent attendee registration opens.

May 28 - June 7 – *Priority Palmetto Partner Registration period

June 10 – Registration open to all

June 26 – Agent early-bird discounts & hotel group rates expire

July 24– Pre-registration closes. Onsite pricing from this point forward.



AGENT SPECIAL OFFERS:

Agent Members and Non-Members of IIABSC are welcome to register to attend this event & there are a variety of offers available to reduce registration cost. Agent who register in JUNE can save up to $50 on registration fees. 

 

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: 
SAVE $25 off of full price registration fees through June 26th.
No code needed. No extensions will be offered.

Any AGENCY sending two or more young agents will receive $15 off of each agent's registration fee when registering online.
**Discount will be applied on top of the EB discount. Must register all agents online at the same time. Discount will automatically apply; no code required. Refunds will not be issued if you register separately.

FIRST TIMER AGENTS ATTEND FREE: 
Any IIABSC member agents attending the SC Young Agents Conference for the very FIRST time can attend for FREE of charge for a limited time!

LOCAL AGENTS:
  • FRIDAY CE Pass, $135, includes: Breakfast, Two Friday CE Sessions (3 hrs. CE) + Networking + lunch (Event access from 8:00 am - 1:30 pm).  This pass is for Friday only and cannot be combined with the Sat. Pass.

  • SATURDAY CE Pass, $75, includes: Saturday CE Session. Cost covers:One Saturday CE Session (2 hrs. CE) + Breakfast (Event access from 8:30 am - 10:30am). This pass is for Saturday only and cannot be combined with the Fri. Pass. Agents interested in attending both days should register for the full conference.

Our Give Movement Top Givers receive a specific number of comp agent attendees depending on amount contributed.

REGISTRATION REFERENCE GUIDE: 
*** FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION includes: Access to ALL CE Sessions, meals and conference events listed on the agenda.

*** SPOUSE/GUEST - Conference Pass  includes: Access to ALL conference meal functions, including Saturday evening dinner & entertainment. Please note: Spouses/guests who are also agents or company reps  cannot select this option but must register as an agent or company rep attendee

*** CHILD - Conference Pass (AGES 3-18) includes: Thurs-Sat Grab & Go Breakfasts and Dinner/Entertainment function Friday evening with parents. Any child over the age of 18 attending conference functions must be registered as a Guest Attendee at $125. 




COMPANY ATTENDEES: 
Company Reps who are not Palmetto Partners are still welcome to attend this event. You do not have to be a member of IIABSC to attend, although higher fees and later registration access will apply. Company Reps who are not Palmetto Partners are not able to exhibit but full registration does include access into the marketplace.

Companies who wish to support our event at a higher level and increase their visibility can do so by purchasing an event sponsorship. *See opportunities below. First come, first reserve with priority given to members and partners.*

PALMETTO PARTNER EXHIBITOR MARKETPLACE: 
Our 2024 Palmetto Partner Sponsors will be showcased this year in our Palmetto Partner Marketplace. 

Join us for the opening welcome reception in the exhibitor marketplace starting at 4:00pm on Thursday 8/8, for food, drinks and networking! 

Agents, attendees and guests will also have ample time to visit with marketplace vendors and mingle in the marketplace in between sessions and other networking functions. 

PALMETTO PARTNER ATTENDEES: 
Partners have two registration options:
  1. Register to attend only
  2. Register to attend AND purchase a booth space (both can be completed using the registration link above).

The "sponsor an agent" option is one of the benefits of being an IIABSC Palmetto Partner that directly supports SC agents. By sending an agent to the SC YAC, you are supporting the growth and success of our state YA program and the future leaders of our industry. 

Partners at all levels are able to choose one agent or more (depending on level) to send to the Young Agents Conference on behalf of their organization. This benefit covers entire registration fee (hotel arrangements must be made separately).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Requests received within 30 days or more of the event, will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for any cancellation requests received within 15 days of the event.  Any approved refunds in full regardless of reason will be subject to a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for "no shows".  Any other requests for cancellation beyond these guidelines will be assessed by IIABSC and a refund will be granted on a case-by-case basis while following the policy specified below. 

All cancellations/changes must be made in writing. "No shows" will receive no refund.
IIABSC gladly complies with Title III of ADA.


PAYMENT POLICY: 
Full payment MUST be sent with registration.
Payment by Credit Card only. If payment by check is needed, please submit a request in writing by email to mhuebner@iiabsc.com.  Checks must be received within one week of registering.
Late payments will be subject to late fees or dropped booth reservations.Attendees will not be permitted to enter the event without submitting payment for all exhibitors and booth items.
