Broadcasting LIVE March 28 for 3 hrs. P&C credit in SC
ISO has filed a new countrywide Personal Auto program that is set to become effective in South Carolina on Sept. 1 of this year. Almost a dozen changes are being made to the policy itself, along with more than 40 endorsement changes and more than a dozen noneditorial changes. Some of the changes involve exclusionary language for “car sharing,” a reduction in the time insureds have for notifying a carrier when replacing a vehicle, changes to the “public or livery conveyance” exclusion and much more. Pre-registration has closed for our annual Spring Conference next week March 7–8 in downtown Columbia, SC. Onsite registration will open on Wednesday starting at 7:15 am for early-bird ethics attendees and at 10:30 am for all others. Featuring a 70+ booth exhibit hall, door prizes, sessions on business ethics, natural disasters, cyberliability and employment practices liability and an industry update from our panel of industry leaders. InsurPac will also be onsite entering those who contribute $20 or more in a drawing for a two-night stay at a Myrtle Beach resort. You won't want to miss it!
