Guided Kayak Nature Tour - $45
October 18, 2021 ~ 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Come kayak through the tidal creeks and salt marshes that surround Hilton Head Island and the May River in Bluffton. As with all of our guided programs, our two-hour Guided Kayak Tours are led by knowledgeable, personable interpretive naturalist guides, who are also kayaking experts. They use their deep local insight to read the tides and lead your group on the best possible route, looking for wildlife, and making stops to talk about the areas rich history and culture.
Once out on the water, you have the opportunity to see the plants and animals of Hilton Head’s saltmarsh, including: Atlantic Bottlenosed dolphins, twelve species of heron, ibis, bald eagles, sea turtles, redfish, oysters, sea pickle, live oaks, Spanish moss, osprey, mink, pelicans, and much more. All the while your guide will be explaining the ecosystem as well as the area’s history and culture. At the close of the experience, your guide helps you land and get out of your boat.
Includes:  Paddle clinic, professional guide, kayaking instruction, kayak, paddle, and lifejacket rental

Dolphin Eco Tour - $45
October 18, 2021 ~ 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Join us for a one and a half to two-hour power boat tour through the Lowcountry water watching for birds and dolphin in the salt marsh ecosystem. Cruise from Shelter Cove Marina or Palmetto Bluff down Broad Creek and into Calibogue Sound where you’ll see the beautiful Harbor Town Lighthouse. The nice thing about the boats we use is that they are stable, comfortable, and small enough to have close-up encounters with the great variety of wildlife. If time allows, the captain may also throw a cast net along the banks of the marsh and display the shrimp and small fish that might be caught.

Hilton Head Distillery Tour - $45
October 18, 2021 ~ 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Take a guided, behind-the-scenes tour of Hilton Head Island's first and only Distillery and production room. This interactive, hands-on experience provides you exclusive access to our end-to-end rum making process and is overflowing with Distillery stories and lsland lore. You will:

  • Smell the cane.
  • See bottles filling up.
