Access Insurance Company has been placed into liquidation by the Texas Department of Insurance based on a finding of insolvency on March 13, 2018. Access Insurance company is domiciled in Texas.

Per the liquidation order, coverage will terminate on ALL Access Insurance Company policies no later than April 12, 2018 unless they expire before then.

Agents should find replacement coverage for Access Insurance Company policies before April 12, 2018. Agents and consumers should continue to report new claims directly to Access until instructed differently.
