​The next big deadline for the NY cyber regulation (23 NYCRR 500) is Feb 15, 2018.  Agents (both resident and non-resident NY licensees) must file an ANNUAL certification of compliance by February 15 of this year and every February 15 thereafter.  

The New York Big "I" association has prepared instructions on how to file that they want to share with IIABSC members. Access the instructions at www.biginy.org/cyber.  

Under "Next Step to be Completed by Feb 15" look for "Big I Members Outside NY".  The password for out-of-state members is "security."
