PLEASE NOTE: 2020 Palmetto Partner Pledge forms must be received prior to registering in order to be recognized as a sponsor and to redeem benefits for this conference.

FIRST, to register for a booth space and provide the primary exhibitor's name that will be included with your booth. (Be sure to view the 2020 LIVE TRADESHOW MAP in order to enter your top 3 booth choices in your registration form.

Use this link SECOND, to register ALL booth personnel (exhibitor attendees) exhibiting with your Company. You will also have the option to add spouses or activities to these registrations. **You do not need to register yourself again if you signed up as the "exhibitor with booth."  PLEASE NOTE: If the primary exhibitor with the booth needs to register for a spouse pass or an acivity they will need to also be registered here to add those options to their registration. Select "COMP exhibitor with booth" for the primary booth attendee along with any additional items they are registering for. Any system-generated messages about duplicate registrations can be disregarded


Booths will be assigned within 5 business days of submitting your registration. View the live map for booth assignments.

Exhibitor Prizes

Exhibitors will give out their own prizes during Wednesday's reception in the Exhibit Hall. Winners should be posted on the board provided in the exhibit hall by 5:15 p.m. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be sure your prizes are collected or delivered to the winners. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ANNOUNCE YOUR BOOTH'S WINNERS USING THE MICROPHONE.

Exhibitor Electricity:
Electricity is an additional charge and must be ordered through the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

Shipping of booth materials should be arranged directly with PRX Exposition Services (formerly Displays Unlimited). Once your booth has been assigned and as the event approaches, you will be contact by PRX to login to an online system that will allow you to make shipping arrangements, order additional booth supplies, etc..

8:30am -10:30am - Exhibitor Set-up

11:00am - 6:00pm - Exhibit Hall open

11:00am -1:00pm -  Lunch is served (in Exhibit Hall)

2:45 pm - 3:30 pm - Beverage Break

4:45pm - 6:00pm -   Reception

6:00pm - 7:00pm -  Exhibitor Breakdown

DO NOT break down booth prior to 6:00 pm!

DETAILS: Includes general exhibitor sponsor recognition. Measures 10 x 8 and includes one pipe/drape, one 6' or 8' table, and one company rep exhibitor. Select this option online.

Standard Booth

Additional Exhibitors:
PLEASE NOTE: One exhibitor comes with the cost of your booth.  Each additional exhibitor is $225. *There is no limit on additional exhibitors.

Exhibitor Booth Breakdown Policy:
Booths must be broken down no sooner than 6:00pm on March 4, 2020. Exhibit booth Breakdown outside of specified breakdown times is strictly prohibited.  Those in violation of this regulation will incur a penalty fine of $750 & will not be permitted to return to exhibit at future events until the fine has been paid in full. Requests for early breakdown will incur a $500 fee & must be approved by an IIABSC Event Director in advance. This option may not be permitted. We expect exhibitors to have at least one Rep at booth during exhibit hall hours.  IIABSC assumes all exhibitors agree to these terms unless special requests or permission is indicated in writing prior to event.
