Westfield offers Package, BOP, and monoline Workers' Compensation on an admitted basis to over 600 small business classes. Preferred risks include Construction, Real Estate, Mercantile, Services, Wholesale, Offices, Healthcare, Restaurant & Recreational Hospitality, and Manufacturing. Minimum premiums start at $500 and are direct billed.
Construction represents the largest class Westfield writes. Artisan and trade contractors with up to 40% subbed-out work are the target risks in this class. Westfield is successful in writing retail stores, shopping centers, Lessor's Risks, mini-warehouse storage facilities, and other Retail classes. Under the Hospitality class, business-class hotels as well as franchise and non-franchise restaurants are favorable. Professional liability can be considered for Service class risks such as dry cleaners, beauty parlors, nail salons, and more.
Westfield Group is rated A by AM Best and available in AZ, CO, DE, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, NC, NM, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, WI, & WV. Some class and territory restrictions may apply.
