Winning essay to be published in Fall 2023 edition of SC Agent & Broker magazine
Stacy Spurling of Sumter, SC, has been named the 2023 Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year. This award is the highest honor in our state for insurance customer service reps who have distinguished themselves through contributions to their industry. Stacy will be recognized this November during the awards banquet of the IIABSC Annual Convention in Asheville, NC. IIABSC has been actively working with business and industry groups to improve the legal system in South Carolina. Unfortunately, an unfair and unbalanced legal system is limiting the options that insurance customers have for some liability insurance.
